We have had an increasing numbers of calls with questions related to remote access, as the result of the COVID-19 outbreak. We just want to let all of our customers know we are here to help with keeping businesses running during this time.
Most of our customers are using cloud services that are accessible from anywhere they are working from. Other customers may have programs that run on local servers. In most cases, we can easily give you secure access to your office computer from anywhere. For some users we may need additional time to get them setup and connected. Please call the office if you have any plans for remote workers, this may require some time to add new VPN users to your firewall.
Customers with Microsoft’s Office 365, don’t forget about Microsoft Teams to stay connected with your staff or clients. You can schedule online meetings, with video, audio, and desktop sharing to keep the work getting done.
We are here to assist our customers in any way we can during this time. Even if we just need to answer a simple question. We hope all of you stay healthy and practice the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control.
At this time we are not restricting on-site service calls or installations. But we will be practicing social distancing and general everyday precautions.
