Microsoft is having a major outage today with their Azure platform, that is affecting our ability to manage our customers’ accounts. It is also affecting our online payment portal, that uses the Azure platform.

Any changes for users of Microsoft 365 licenses will be completed once Microsoft resolves the issue and we have our access back. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions. It does not appear that this outage is affecting access to your email or other regular Microsoft 365 services.
