Starting Monday, July 27th, Implied Networks will be testing out some new changes in our support process. We are working with Amoskeag Network Consulting Group to help out with some of the first level support calls. They have a very talented staff to work with us in adding additional support for our customers. We will be working hand and hand during the first week to make sure things work smoothly. Please continue using the usual support channels. To make sure a ticket is created, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to put as much detail as possible about your problem. Tickets are still automatically created under your company, based on your email address. So you do not have to include what company you are with, but do include the best number to reach you at.
You can also always call, 603-753-8740, selecting option 2 for support will direct you to a support agent who can create a support ticket for you.
If you have any problems at all in the process, please don’t hesitate to let us know, so we can make sure it is as easy as possible.
Any ongoing projects, Microsoft 365 changes, server maintenance, firewall changes, and network security will continue to be done by us directly. We hope you will not notice anything different, but you might hear a new voice on the phone.
We will decide at a later date, how long this process will stay in affect. Do not hesitate to open a new ticket, I am sure your experience will remain a good one.
