Thanksgiving Week Support Changes 2025

Please read for our support schedule during the week of Thanksgiving. There could be delays in response times. Please update your staff of these changes. If you are planning any new users or changes during that week, please plan ahead and request them the week before. We do have backup support available, for any true emergencies that might require an on-site response.
As usual, please send requests to support@impliednetworks.com to open a support ticket,
or call 603-753-8740 and leave a voicemail in the support mailbox. Make sure to specify how urgent your matter is or even if it can wait until the following week. We will be back in the office on Monday December 1st with regular support.
Days labeled as Delayed, all requests will be received, responses will be based on the need. Which could include resolving later that evening. We appreciate your continued business and understanding during this holiday week. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
