We have been in the process of moving to a new support system this last week. You may have received a welcome e-mail for the new Support Portal, which were sent out accidentally during the migration. They were a pretty generic looking message from an odd address. That is a safe e-mail, and you can use the password to login to your account.
In some cases, you may have noticed getting new support tickets from both systems this week.
We are finally ready to move all support ticket communication over to the new system. You may still receive some responses from the old system, as we close it down. We will specify if the ticket is still open in the new system.
As always, you can easily create a support ticket, sending an email to [email protected]. You can also access the new system with this link, https://impliednetworks.portal.mspmanager.com/, if you want to login to manage all of your support tickets. There is also an Easy Ticket button to create a ticket without logging in. We will also update the links on our website if you forget the one above.
Please let us know if you run into any issues or need the welcome email resent to you, so you can log into your account. Though it is not necessary to open a ticket or to get support. We hope this will provide better communications with our customers and help us provide the best support possible. Without our support tickets ending up in your Junk folder.
