This issue has been resolved1/22/26 – We have had reports from multiple customers that Microsoft 365 services are not working, which includes email delivery and access to services. Microsoft has started pushing people towards their “New Outlook” app for e-mail. We have found many items that do not work the same as the “Classic Outlook” app, causing some aggravation with users. We have just implemented policy changes for all of our contracted customers. That will hopefully block the migration to the “New” version.
