Microsoft 365 Price Increases

Effective July 1, 2026, Microsoft has done pricing changes to some of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions. These will go into effect on your next renewal date for each subscription. We will be sending you more details, before your next renewal.
You will see your renewal date on your invoices, shown as the “NCE Contract end date”.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium will remain unchanged. Full standalone and no-Teams pricing is available on request. Several other Standalone SKUs are getting price adjustments as well.
All prices shown are with a 1-year commitment, our common sku’s are listed.

Nonprofit pricing will adjust in line with commercial rates with the existing discount percentage maintained.

What’s new in the suites (rolling out this summer at no additional cost):

  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 added to Office 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E3, and E5
  • Intune Suite additions (Remote Help, Advanced Analytics, Intune Plan 2, Privilege Management, Cloud PKI, Enterprise App Management) added to Microsoft 365 E3 and E5
  • Microsoft Security Copilot added to Microsoft 365 E5
  • Copilot Chat enhancements (inbox and calendar awareness, Word/Excel/PowerPoint agents) and Copilot Chat Analytics across all major suites
