Implied Networks Service Changes

We have recently signed with a new vendor to provide the services that we use with our customers. This includes our system monitoring, cloud server backup, remote access, service ticket PSA system, and SentinelOne EDR protection. Once we have the new systems setup and tested, we will be migrating all of your devices over. We will notify you, before we transfer your devices.
The one thing that will happen sooner, is the SentinelOne devices. This is just changing over to a new instance on our end, so you should see no difference to the end users.

We are doing this to keep our costs down and add some additional tools to our support stack. Which includes more advanced network monitoring, to see deeper into all of the devices on your network. Which will be a big help in troubleshooting any network connectivity issues.

For the end users, it will be an improvement with our patch management, giving the user more options before the system is restarted to complete updates. There is also a support agent, giving users an easy way to open a support ticket and communicate with us. For systems not being monitored, users can still use email and a new support portal. Our support tickets will have a new look, so users should expect to see these changes in any communication from us. We will do another update, when that system goes live.

Please let us know if you have any questions, as we move through this process. We appreciate your patience in working through these system wide changes.
